WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.

- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.

NOTE:  As it is stated on our website we do advise that you should please allow up to 4 weeks shipping (longer for international due to customs) Orders are usually received before this time, but due to high demand, seasonal events, customs delays, etc. on certain products we want you to be aware. (this is so we can allow our suppliers time to fulfill these orders)  

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

T-Shirts and apparel items should be received within 1-2 weeks
of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.
For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 5 weeks
delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

For Handcrafted Footwear:

   Production time: 5-7 Days, 

   US, UK, CA, AUS Delivery Time Estimates: 10-25 Days (With Destination Tracking)

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in North America, some of our
specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
Germany, United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be
sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Where are the products made?
 Our products are made in the USA and China.

What if I'm not happy with my item when it arrives?
Our goal is to always exceed your expectations so we are pleased to offer a no questions asked return policy. If you have a problem, we'll make it right!

Do you offer a warranty period?
We take returns, no questions asked for a period of 30 days. Material defects are covered for a period of 90 days.
